Services & Facilities 

Business Centre: 
For those needing a quiet space, a business center with Wi-Fi, tables, and outlets is available near Gate 5. 

Information & Assistance: 
The Arctic Ambassadors, sponsored by the NWT Seniors Society, offer assistance and travel advice at the Information Desk during peak times. For help outside peak times or curbside assistance, visit the YZF Security Office. 

Wi-Fi: 
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal. 

ATM: 
Two ATMs are located in the terminal: one near the ticket counter and another beside the vending machines. 

Pets at the Airport: 
YZF welcomes service animals and pets, with three pet relief areas located around the airport.

Lost & Found 

If you've lost an item at YZF, items found at the airport are taken to the Security Office in Arrivals A. For items left on a flight, contact your airline directly. If not claimed within 30 days, items are donated to charity.
