Business Centre 

Looking for a quiet work area? Gate 5 at the Yellowknife Airport offers a business center complete with table space, wi-fi, and plenty of outlets. Catch up on emails or prepare for a meeting, this space is designated to help you stay productive on the go. 

Information & Assistance  

The Arctic Ambassadors, sponsored by the NWT Senior Society, greet travellers at the airport and are happy to offer assistance, information and advice. You can find them at the Information Desk in the Arrivals A area during peak times.

WIFI 

YZF offers complimentary wireless internet service throughout the terminal. 

ATM 

There are two ATMs located within the terminal. The first is located in the ticket counter area and the other is beside the vending machines between Arrivals A and Gate 4. 

Pets at the Airport 

YZF welcomes service animals and pets travelling with their owners. Please be advised pets must be kennelled or leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for picking up after their animals. 

YZF has three pet relief areas for passengers travelling with a service animal or pet: 

• Location 1 - Outside the Arrivals B door to your right 
• Location 2 - by Arrivals B doors to groundside  
• Location 3 - located post-security across from the exit of the screening area.
